IGA Conventions: Networking, Knowledge, and City Highlights
Every two years, IGA Conventions bring together managers and destination representatives in a host city. They serve as a practical platform to address current topics through a conference employing a variety of working methods and to strengthen the network across destinations. The General Assembly, prescribed by the statutes, is also held during this convention, while the host city offers a curated programme to showcase its highlights to guests from around the world.
2026: Liège, Belgium
Under the patronage of the Queen of the Belgians a conference will take place at the end of September 2026. More than 100 destination managers, delegates and volunteers will meet and work on topics that shape the future of the Greeter movement.
