Come to Tallinn and discover the city with special Tallinn ambassadors.
Tallinn Greeters are volunteer, passionate ambassadors who warmly welcome their visitors from around the world.
They offer free walks in Tallinn and surrounding districts.
The goal of theTallinn Greeters is to support visitors to explore our wonderful city. We do so by arranging tailor-made Greets for individuals and groups of up to a maximum of six people.
Our Tallinn Greeters are willing to do so because they want to share their knowledge of the city they so dearly love.
We, Tallinn Greeters, are member of the International Greeter Association, worldwide organization of local Greeter organizations. All Greeters around the world follow a strict non-tipping policy, however feel free to donate to support our back office activities!

Remember: A Greet means meeting a local resident to walk around town with you as new friends. The first step will be to talk to the Greeter about the details of your personalized tour. It's not about taking part in a standardized tour, but about exploring the city with an expert volunteer .

Who are the Greeters?

We simply offer you the opportunity to enter the more everyday aspect of our city, with its markets, shopping centre, bistros... .. During this walk, the "greeters", lovers of their town, will be happy to share with you the charm of unusual places and to tell you the great and small stories of Tallinn.
This walk will take into account your tastes, interests and rhythm. What your greeter brings you: He or she will share with you his or her experiences and anecdotes; will tell you his or her good addresses; and of course will be happy to answer questions that will allow you to better understand the city and its surroundings. Moments that we hope will remain unforgettable for you.
