Meet the friendly, local Taipei Greeters, volunteers who are eager to tell you all about their city while taking you along paths to secluded hideaways in alleyways and calm areas as they guide you around the city. Or if you want one of the best views you will ever see, try tackling Elephant Mountain which will reward you with a panoramic view of the whole city, the famous Taipei 101 skyscraper and a perfect spot to take photographs.
Or if you want some peace and quiet, why not visit Longshan Temple, a stunning monument built for the worship of Chinese folk religion and it as a place of communal activity. Our walks will certainly let you see it all, but even more, because a personalized walk with a local lets you have a look beneath the surface. And for sure, the delicious food and a friendly welcome from the locals will ensure Taipei has won your heart.

La razón es que cada saludo debe ser una oportunidad para hablar con los demás y eso parece imposible en grupos más grandes.
También es importante: no mezclamos a personas de diferentes solicitudes, sino que te servimos sólo a ti (y a tus amigos).

Nuestro valor fundamental nº 3 dice: "Conocer a los Greeters es gratis".
No seguimos una estrategia de "da lo que creas que está bien (pero por favor da)". A los Greeters honestamente no les gusta ninguna propina porque lo que dan viene de su corazón no por ninguna expectativa de propina.

It was a great experience. We had a great chat with our Greeter Chloe. She also took us to places that as a foreigner you probably would never see. We liked the guys and advise everone to try this service.
