The Middelkerke Greeters welcome you!
If you would like to discover Middelkerke, Westende and the surrounding area through the eyes of a local, don’t hesitate to contact us! We are a group of volunteers who love their city and the surrounding area and are ready to share the many local attractions with visitors.
From the vibrant seaside towns of Middelkerke and Westende to the quiet, rural hinterland, from the beach and dunes to the flat polder landscape, from the busy summer season to the peaceful spring or delightful autumn and winter: each town and each season has its own charms. You can enjoy a blissful walk with a sea view along the kilometers-long promenade, but a walk with a local will take you to special places. Contact our greeters and discover new routes and hidden gems that you won’t find in tourist guides! We do it for free out of love for our village.
